DELIVERY TIME
+ Delivery time in Germany: 3-5 business days after receipt of order.
+ Delivery time abroad: 5-15 business days after receipt of order.
+ Pre-order orders are excluded. Customers who have placed such an order will receive a separate notification regarding the expected delivery date. Notes on the expected delivery date can also be found in the product description.

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within 3-5 days in Germany, and within 5-15 days for deliveries abroad after conclusion of the contract ( if advance payment has been agreed upon, after the date of your payment instruction ). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

For all deliveries outside of Europe, import duties ( fees, import taxes, VAT ) may apply. These duties are determined by the destination country. They are calculated based on the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of the goods and are collected once your package reaches your country. CIRCLES MOVEMENT does not deduct any duties or taxes during the payment process and cannot predict the amount of any duties or taxes you may have to pay. If such additional duties or taxes are incurred, they must be paid before your package can be cleared through customs. The customer is responsible for these costs. Please contact your local customs office for further information on your country's policies.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL / RETURNS
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g., via email). Shipping costs will not be refunded, only the item. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, less delivery costs, promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their quality, properties, and functioning.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, or whose value is linked to the integrity of the seal if their seal has been removed after delivery.
